Terms for using ZipSignal.

By accessing or using ZipSignal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use ZipSignal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

ZipSignal provides informational market intelligence tools that organize public and third-party housing, permit, sales, rent, violation, planning, and related market signals into public previews and account-based monitoring workflows.

Public pages show market-level previews. Account features may include ZIP-level monitoring, watchlists, alerts, weekly digests, and market comparisons depending on the selected plan and current service configuration.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify ZipSignal if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, plan limits, market access, alert limits, and included features are shown during signup or account management.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Plan changes, renewals, failed payments, downgrades, cancellations, taxes, and access changes may be handled through the current account and billing flow.

Cancellation, downgrade timing, market access, and feature availability follow the product's active billing configuration at the time of the request. Unless otherwise stated in the billing flow, fees already charged are non-refundable.

Market coverage varies by geography, source, cadence, completeness, and availability. Some data may be delayed, partial, revised, unavailable, or shown as illustrative examples when live data has not been generated.

ZipSignal does not guarantee that any dataset, signal, alert, ranking, or market preview will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, current, or available for every market or time period.

ZipSignal may change supported markets, data sources, scoring logic, cadence, plan access, and product features as the service evolves.

ZipSignal provides informational market intelligence only. It is not financial, legal, investment, tax, real estate brokerage, appraisal, underwriting, or professional advice.

No page, score, alert, digest, or market preview is a guarantee of market movement, pricing, rent levels, demand, investment performance, or any other outcome.

You are responsible for independently evaluating any market, property, transaction, investment, or operational decision.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer non-public functionality, interfere with other users, or use ZipSignal for unlawful activity.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish account-only data except as allowed in writing by ZipSignal.

ZipSignal may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, fails to pay required fees, or uses the service in a way that could harm ZipSignal or other users.

You may stop using ZipSignal or cancel a paid subscription according to the available account and billing controls.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZipSignal is provided without warranties of guaranteed accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular decision or outcome.

ZipSignal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

ZipSignal may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

We may also modify or discontinue features, markets, alerting behavior, data providers, or plan structure as the service changes.
